By recognizing these patterns, you can treat pregnancy nausea effectively. Here are some tried and true tricks for keeping pregnancy nausea away:

Snack away sickness: Before you go to bed, eat a high protein or high carb snack. Not only do they prevent blood sugar swings, they also soak up stomach acid. Keep a packet of peanuts or crackers in your purse.

Nibble away at meals: Rather than eat three large meals a day, eat five small ones. Chew your food carefully and slowly, and avoid fatty or spicy foods. Stay away from smells or tastes that you know increase your nausea.
